How do I watch the livestream event? On April 24 at 6:30pm, click here to watch livestream event. We recommend you tune in with 2 devices (computer/tablet and mobile phone) or open 2 tabs on your computer. This will allow you to watch the livestream and bid and give in the mobile bidding platform during the event. For event tech support on April 24, between 6pm-9pm PDT, call or text 503-773-2681.
How much does it cost to attend this event? This event is FREE! However, guests can choose to financially support Boys & Girls Club of the Umpqua Valley by participating in our online auction by bidding on the amazing auction packages we have, or making a gift online before, during, or after the livestream event.
How does the online auction work? The entire auction will be held online opening on Saturday, April 17 at 12:00 p.m. and closing on Saturday, April 24 at 9:00 p.m. You can view each auction package and bid as often and as much as you'd like. If you don't want to bid on items but still want to support Boys & Girls Club of the Umpqua Valley, you will be able to make donations before and during the event through the online auction website.
What will the program be like during the virtual event? The livestream program will be a celebration of our community and it will be an opportunity for you to support Boys & Girls Club of the Umpqua Valley. We will share a powerful message of our impact and celebrate our sponsors. Our event hosts will have some great auction packages for you to bid on and a special appeal you can donate to during and after the livestream broadcast.
How do I participate in the virtual event? When you RSVP we know that you will join us for the virtual event. We’ll invite you to register as a bidder and keep you informed on exciting event details.

If I win an online auction package, how do I pick-up that package? You will be notified by email if you win an auction package in the online auction. There will be a package pick up day scheduled at Boys & Girls Club of the Umpqua Valley. Shipment can be arranged for any winning bidders located outside of the Roseburg area. The winning bidder is responsible for shipping costs of physical items.
