Do I need a ticket to attend this event? Yes! Just like an in-person event, we are asking all guests to RSVP so you can stay informed with event information. RSVP by selecting a Virtual Event Ticket.

How much does it cost to attend this event? This event is FREE! However, guests can choose to financially support Boys & Girls Club of the Umpqua Valley by participating in our online auction and bid on the amazing packages we created, or making a gift online before, during, or after the event. 

How does the online auction work? The entire auction will be held online this year. The online auction will open at 8am on Saturday, October 9, and will close at 9:00pm on Saturday, October 16. Once the auction opens, you will be able to view each auction package and bid as often and as much as you'd like. If you don't want to bid on items but still want to support Boys & Girls Club of the Umpqua Valley, you will also be able to make donations before and during the event through the online auction website. 

What will the program be like during the virtual event? The livestream program will be a celebration of our community and it will be an opportunity for you to support Boys & Girls Club of the Umpqua Valley during this critical time. We will celebrate our sponsors, hear from our guest speaker, and share a powerful message of our impact. Our event host will showcase great auction packages for you to bid on and a special appeal you can donate to during the live broadcast.

How can I bid in the auction or donate to Boys & Girls Club of the Umpqua Valley?

1.     Register as a bidder for the online auction here: https://celebratekids2021.ggo.bid/

2.     Participate in the online auction starting Saturday, October 9 and bid on incredible packages.

3.     Join us on Saturday, October 16 at 7pm when you can give a donation during live program.

If I win an online auction package, how do I pick-up that package?

You will be notified by email if you win an auction package in the online auction. Packages can be delivered to homes within the greater Roseburg area, or arranged for pick up at the Boys & Girls Club of the Umpqua Valley (1144 NE Cedar Street, Roseburg). Shipment can be arranged for any winning bidders located outside of the Roseburg area. The winning bidder is responsible for shipping costs of physical items.
